Old Business
-Battle over Beverages
For those of you who missed the last email regarding this, we had our Battle over Beverages Forum in conjunction with Students for Workers Rights and NYPIRG two weeks ago in place of the Greens meeting. We had a full house of about 50 people. And it was a good time.
-SA Senate Resolution
the SA Senate recently passed a resolution thanking coke for "all that it's done for the campus." A group of eight of us went to the Senate meeting last to admonish them for such a callous and spineless action. The Greens would like anyone who didn't go/speak at their last meeting to go to next week's meeting (Wednesday, @ 8:00 PM)and let them know that this is not acceptable.
New Business
-Elections Next Week
Elections are next week. If you are an undergrad and would like to run for office please come to the meeting or tell someone you would like to be an officer. Even if you don't want to run, please come so you can vote. The minimum requirements for running for office or voting are to have come to three meetings, events, or any combination thereof.
-Plantings
We're doing one last planting of tulip bulbs this Saturday. As always, meet at Dave Lussier's place (382 Morris Street) at 11 AM. Come make Albany look more appealing for the spring.
